Celebrating 10 Years!
It's been 10 years since Gayle Lantz founded WorkMatters®. Over the years, Workmatters has attracted a wide range of clients in local, national and global markets. Recognizable names include organizations such as NASA, Microsoft and Lockheed Martin, in addition to small and mid-sized businesses.
Gayle enjoys working with organizations across different industries. Her experience includes working with clients in financial services, insurance, aerospace, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, professional services and government agencies, among others.
What's the common thread?
Although each organization is different, they have much in common. Ultimately, they are strongly committed to improving their leadership, engaging employees and growing their organization.
These companies and firms make leadership a high priority. They are serious about wanting to attract, develop and retain their talent while building a competitive organization that delivers outstanding value.
Many are aware that organizational improvement is needed, but they're not exactly sure where to start.
What Clients Want
Clients who are the best fit typically look for:
- The best resource first. Tools and methodologies are secondary.
- A strong collaborator. Not a "know-it-all."
- A customized approach. Not an "off-the-shelf" solution.
- A process expert. Not necessarily a content expert in their line of business.
- Someone who can engage people. Not talk at them.
- A partner with considerable capability. Not a traditional "vendor."
- Transformation more than training.
Best Projects
Best projects are those that engage leaders and help them achieve better results for their team, division or organization as a whole. These projects often involve a combination of visioning, strategy work, team development, leadership development, career development, assessments and/or overall cultural change.
The approach is determined by the client's objectives and may include consulting, coaching or speaking services.
A Personal Note from Gayle Lantz
Thanks for your interest in my work. It's exciting to celebrate the 10 year anniversary for WorkMatters! Over the years, I have enjoyed helping dedicated leaders and growing companies improve performance.
Although Workmatters has changed significantly over the years, I am still guided by the original mission – to help people make the most of their work. I believe work is one of the most important parts of life, and there is much leaders can do to bring out the best in themselves, in others and in the life of their organization.
Work does matter!
I would welcome the opportunity to explore how I can be of help to you or your organization. Contact me to discuss your needs.
Wishing you continued success on your own leadership journey,
Gayle |
